Mr. Smith has been practicing real estate since 1989.  He is a licensed real estate Broker and is certified in Home Inspection, Residential Real Estate Appraisal, and Mortgage Loan Origination. Mr. Smith is a Housing Urban Development (H.U.D.) Certified Counselor, and a Licensed Florida Real Estate Instructor. Mr. Smith is one of Real Estate World Consultants most valuable contributors and the consumers most valuable ally.
